Job Descriptions

+ Concrete Foreman

The Concrete Foreman will be responsible for enabling the completion of jobs in a timely manner by scheduling and overseeing the work crew, ensuring equipment and materials are enough, repairing and maintaining equipment, training crews, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

+ Concrete Form Setter/Carpenter

The Concrete Form Setter/Carpenter will assist in building and positioning forms for pouring concrete and dismantling forms after use, using saws, hammers, nails, bolts, or form hardware, etc.

+ Concrete Form Setter / Finisher I and II

The Concrete Form Setter / Finisher I and II will smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete such as floors, walks, sidewalks, walls, footings, roads, or curbs using various hand and power tools and equipment.

+ Concrete Laborer

The Concrete Laborer may clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support form work, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris, tear out concrete, assist other craft workers, and take instructions.

+ Concrete Superintendent

The Concrete Superintendent will be responsible for managing daily construction tasks and short-term schedules for one to six projects, meeting Coloscapes Concrete client contract obligations, project document requirements, safety, and project budgets.

+ Equipment Operator

The Equipment Operator will excavate, grade, and backfill all soil types, engineer soil materials using a variety of tools and equipment, read blueprints, survey stakes to obtain direction, and elevations of sub-grade and finished surfaces.

+ Earthwork/Equipment Foreman

The Earthwork/Equipment Foreman will be responsible for enabling the completion of jobs in a timely manner by scheduling and overseeing the work crew, ensuring equipment and materials are enough, repairing and maintaining equipment, training crews, and assisting with special projects as assigned.

Applicants must be prepared to take a pre-employment drug test which is administered to all employees, as well as provide proof of eligibility to work in the USA as a requirement of employment consideration.
